Sunny Side Cottages

Our room was in the main building. It was tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. We had access to the room from outside and from the main building. In addition to our room was 2 beautiful sitting area, access to snacks, water and coffee. Pool and spa were the perfect temperature. We did see other people in the building, but everyone was so quiet. There’s an amazing selection of restaurants and shopping just a few minutes away. I did meet the property manager, and she was very nice. Just a short drive to Honeymoon Island, Tarpon Springs and Clearwater Beach. I can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and comfortable. The cottages were close to downtown Dunedin. We were able to walk or bike to our activities. My only suggestion would be more detailed information on the how to use the door lock. We had to search the internet to determine how it worked. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

We absolutely loved our stay!!! Walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars, extremely clean and spacious and perfect for the two of us!!! We will be staying here again when we visit next year.

Second time staying here. Lovely cottages. Super cute. Complimentary coffee, water, and sodas. Pool towels to use. Very clean. Dunedin downtown is a couple blocks away. Charming. Will stay again!

Antonia was a wonderful host. The cottage was just what we needed, and her hospitality was great. She recommended local attractions and restaurants and had a pleasant atmosphere in her lounge. Overall, a wonderful experience.

It was really cute.i liked our room right by the common area,it was like our own living room.very pretty and bright.there was water and snacks 🥨.pool area and hot tub were great.its not huge and crowded,that's the best part,more personal. Having To go around the construction.. I know you have nothing to do with that tho.. Needed a new mattress..
