The cottages are so cute and secluded, pool area was clean and this area was very quite. I would recommend Sunny Sude Cottages to anyone coming to this area, and we will stay again if in the area.

The property is really cute. The concept is very well done. I’ve stayed here several times in different rooms. They have all been spacious and had everything I needed.
I also need to call out the property manager, Millie, who is amazing! I stay here several times a year when I come to visit my mother, this trip was a difficult one, and Millie made everything so much smoother. Her care, follow-through, and personality are such an asset to this property! Thank you Millie! The WiFi is very spotty; even in the wee hours of the morning when in theory no one else would be on it.

The cottage was perfect! Very clean and very comfortable! I appreciated the makeup removal towel in the bathroom. It was definitely a nice touch. It would have been nice to do a night swim with the nice lights over the pool. 🙂 Maybe allowing the pool to remain open until quiet time begins.

Only thing that could make it better would be a way to get ice. Even if just a small vending machine with ice, not to fill a cooler or anything. We would just like some for our water bottles. The freezer is so frosted, no room for ice.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was newly renovated and beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable and a nice short walk to downtown where there are cute shops and excellent restaurants! Great stay!

Location was excellent. Walking distance from downtown and restaurants. Room was very cold. Thermostat is preset to 68* which was a bit chilly for these Floridians, just down to visit some friends.

It’s so quiet and beautiful - but a very quick walk to downtown. It was cozy, very clean, and such a lovely space! I can’t think of anything at all!

Confort, très bien entretenu partout (piscine, balcons, meubles etc). Proximité avec le charmant centre ville de Dunedin. Fournir des parasols et chaises de plage aurait été très apprécié.

Perfect location. Nice accommodations and quiet location. Easily walkable to downtown and just a couple blocks from the Pinellas Trail. I would suggest you make know your policy of no bikes in room or on porches. We booked your cottage because we wanted to safely store our e-bikes in our room but were unable to do so. Loved Dunedin!

Loved our stay at Sunny Side Cottages! Super quick walk to town for restaurants, breweries, and accessing the Pinellas Biketrail. The cottage was clean, quiet, and beds were super comfortable. Fridge, microwave and coffeemaker made breakfast and lunch prep a breeze. Would love to return!!!
