The property is really cute. The concept is very well done. I’ve stayed here several times in different rooms. They have all been spacious and had everything I needed.
I also need to call out the property manager, Millie, who is amazing! I stay here several times a year when I come to visit my mother, this trip was a difficult one, and Millie made everything so much smoother. Her care, follow-through, and personality are such an asset to this property! Thank you Millie! The WiFi is very spotty; even in the wee hours of the morning when in theory no one else would be on it.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was newly renovated and beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable and a nice short walk to downtown where there are cute shops and excellent restaurants! Great stay!

Location was excellent. Walking distance from downtown and restaurants. Room was very cold. Thermostat is preset to 68* which was a bit chilly for these Floridians, just down to visit some friends.

Sunnyside cottages is a very quaint lovely spot to lay your head.The facilities and room were immaculately clean and comfortable.Great amenities and centrally located to downtown withing walking distance.So many shops, restaurants and community events to chose from.We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to many future stays at Sunnyside. Our stay was way too short ☹️

I was in the Patriot room. I enjoyed the location and the room. Only a few personal things which may not affect any one else. I found the room too cold, I had to open the door to warm up. I couldn't work the thermostat to raise the temperature. The internet was frustrating as it would go out often. I tried the suggestions in the visitors booklet [which is very well done], but nothing worked and i did not feel i could stand on a chair safely to unplug it. I didn't want to bother calling anyone. The last thing was the night stand lamps. The switch on one doesn't work and the other switch was very hard to turn on. [maybe some WD40 would help] All in all I love staying. The cabanas are great by the pool . Thankyou for a free drink now and then. I appreciated all the little signs . I highly recommend your place. It really was a pleasant stay.

The location, it is within walking distance to every thing in downtown Dunedin and at the same time away from the noise and traffic of downtown. Very secluded and quiet area, very well maintained facilities, just love it. Will definitely recommend to anyone. If you’re arrived before your checking time, they welcome you to park for free, use the lobby area and the pool. The same goes when you checkout. Can’t think of anything.
