DOOR CODES The departure time at 10 am. I would love to be able to have a coffee on the porch and be able to leave at 11 am. Work on this, please, at least with repetitive clients like us. :)

This place is a gem in Dunedin! I visit family here and know the town well. It could not be better located for walking to downtown. Great for biking and bear trails and a close drive to beautiful beaches. The cottage itself is so cute, sparkling clean, and super comfortable. Amazing bed! The shared living room with pool and hot tub is great. Lastly, it’s very affordable for what you are receiving. Many thanks and we will return!

We love the cottages. We had stayed in the main building in the past but this time we stayed in one of the detached cottages and lived it even more. We used to live in the area and this location is perfect to access downtown Dunedin as well as other local activities like Clearwater beach, Dunedin causeway, etc.
