DOOR CODES The departure time at 10 am. I would love to be able to have a coffee on the porch and be able to leave at 11 am. Work on this, please, at least with repetitive clients like us. :)

This place is a gem in Dunedin! I visit family here and know the town well. It could not be better located for walking to downtown. Great for biking and bear trails and a close drive to beautiful beaches.
The cottage itself is so cute, sparkling clean, and super comfortable. Amazing bed!
The shared living room with pool and hot tub is great.
Lastly, it’s very affordable for what you are receiving. Many thanks and we will return!

We love the cottages. We had stayed in the main building in the past but this time we stayed in one of the detached cottages and lived it even more.
We used to live in the area and this location is perfect to access downtown Dunedin as well as other local activities like Clearwater beach, Dunedin causeway, etc.

The cottages were super cute and clean! There were nice little extras like a Keurig with a variety of coffee, hot chocolate and creamer available. They also had a basket with snacks and drinks. Plus two folding chairs you could take to the beach. Which was about a ten to fifteen minute drive away. Lots of restaurants nearby and downtown was just a short walk to get to.
The outside area was well kept and the pool/hot tub looked inviting but we didn't use it. There is a nice lounge area for quests as well. It has books, a TV, a mini fridge with soda and another coffee maker with fixings. I'm telling you a lot of thought went into making these cottages feel like home! The bed was a bit firm for my taste but the pillows and comforter were so comfy. The bath towels were the size of infant towels, minus the hood. They really need to upgrade those to match the niceness and comfort they are providing elsewhere. The water pressure was good but hard to get a good feel of because of the shower head design. It sprayed widely.

We enjoyed our weekend get away to Dunedin. The space was great. Private, quiet, comfortable and within walking distance to many restaurants, breweries, the Trail, the waterfront (which we took a wonderful sunset cruise with the Parrotdise Express Tours). I would definitely stay here again and even invite friends to join us and stay in one of the other cottages. Thank you!
