Sehr schöne Anlage mit ansprechendem Pool. Die Zimmer mit eigenem Bad liegen um einen Gemeinschaftsraum herum. Darin Kaffeautomat und Küche. Liebevoll eingerichtet mit Spieleecke. Personal war täglich anwesend und ansprechbar. Auch Dunedin lohnt zu besichtigen. ?

it was very clean and cozy with complimentary cold beverages and snacks. Once the near complete road construction is complete, it will be a fantastic location accessible to everything desirable. Pool and hot tub area very nice too nothing

This cottage was the perfect little hideaway! Antonia provided everything we needed, right down to perfect reading material when lounging poolside! A short stroll let us enjoy downtown nightlife and all the delicious options that came with it!

The location, it is within walking distance to every thing in downtown Dunedin and at the same time away from the noise and traffic of downtown. Very secluded and quiet area, very well maintained facilities, just love it. Will definitely recommend to anyone. If you’re arrived before your checking time, they welcome you to park for free, use the lobby area and the pool. The same goes when you checkout. Can’t think of anything.

Cottage was very clean, light , airy - high ceiling ! Great shower ! Had toaster for bagels, had an iron, blow dryer, and coffee pot . Air condition looked new and was amazing , very quiet and I had to raise it to 75 or it was too cold, and I like cold. Pool and jacuzzi area with lounge chairs . Staff on site were helpful. I couldn't call anyone to ask questions, I did get answers through email.

Sunny Side Cottages was fantastic. The property is beautiful. The rooms and common areas were extremely clean. The host went above and beyond providing a wonderful stay. They thought of everything. We visited nearby Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island. We also enjoyed all that beautiful downtown Dunedin had to offer. We highly recommend staying here and we can't wait to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The cottages were super cute and clean. The room had everything we needed for our visit. We made use of the lounge area a few times and enjoyed the pool as well! I would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved my stay at Sunny Side Cottages. It is in a great location, easily walkable to everything in downtown Dunedin. The cottage was cozy, but so thoughtfully appointed (and with high ceilings) that it felt spacious. And the bed was super comfortable. I loved the pool, which looks like it was recently resurfaced. And having multiple options of pool floats was a nice touch. All this being said, my favorite parts of my stay at Sunny Side Cottages were the unexpected little touches (a gift basket of snacks and drinks in the cottage, recommendations for restaurants and activities, folding beach chairs to take to Honeymoon Island, and more). I highly recommend staying here.

Room was adorable, communication was on point. The pool area is perfect and the location is ideal. Super close to downtown and walkable to the pier! Would stay there again!
