Amazing place to stay! The room and surrounding amenities were in great shape and spotless. The pool was great and the hot tub was HOT! Easy walk to all of the downtown areas. Wonderful place to stay!

First time in Dunedin. Wow. Such a beautiful place in a beautiful city. My wife and I had the Festival Room. It was exactly what we needed. The room and bathroom were very clean. That was a plus. The common areas were awesome too. My wife made herself a coffee daily. Unfortunately we didn’t use the common areas much as we had planned to be outside as much as possible. My wife and I had a chance to use the pool and hot tub. So relaxing. It was a short walk to all of downtown Dunedin and all that it has to offer. The location was perfect. So close to what we needed yet felt far enough away so that we had peace and quiet. Such a gem. The host was very responsive. Check in and check out was super easy. They had provided us with extra towels, tissue and trash liners as needed. Honestly, it’s such a beautiful place and I would come back again and again. Dunedin is where it’s at. And these places are it. We had paid less than a hotel and were surprised it didn’t cost more. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

The cottages were super cute and clean! There were nice little extras like a Keurig with a variety of coffee, hot chocolate and creamer available. They also had a basket with snacks and drinks. Plus two folding chairs you could take to the beach. Which was about a ten to fifteen minute drive away. Lots of restaurants nearby and downtown was just a short walk to get to. The outside area was well kept and the pool/hot tub looked inviting but we didn't use it. There is a nice lounge area for quests as well. It has books, a TV, a mini fridge with soda and another coffee maker with fixings. I'm telling you a lot of thought went into making these cottages feel like home! The bed was a bit firm for my taste but the pillows and comforter were so comfy. The bath towels were the size of infant towels, minus the hood. They really need to upgrade those to match the niceness and comfort they are providing elsewhere. The water pressure was good but hard to get a good feel of because of the shower head design. It sprayed widely.

We enjoyed our weekend get away to Dunedin. The space was great. Private, quiet, comfortable and within walking distance to many restaurants, breweries, the Trail, the waterfront (which we took a wonderful sunset cruise with the Parrotdise Express Tours). I would definitely stay here again and even invite friends to join us and stay in one of the other cottages. Thank you!

Super location within walking distance of several breweries, dining, and the Pinellas trail. The pool and spa/hot tub area was especially relaxing. Accommodations were very nice and as pictured. Great stay!

Sunnyside cottages is a very quaint lovely spot to lay your head.The facilities and room were immaculately clean and comfortable.Great amenities and centrally located to downtown withing walking distance.So many shops, restaurants and community events to chose from.We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to many future stays at Sunnyside. Our stay was way too short ☹️

Our place was so cute, very comfortable and clean. Good space for a couple. The surrounding area was quite lovely, the pool was as described. Would stay again. The common area was very well appointed and offered a lot of extra items if needed. Especially liked having a single serve coffee machine.

First off, I must say that the place was absolutely spotless! It is one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed at. You have your own private room in private restroom with a shared living room area with a beautiful pool and Jacuzzi. Occasionally, I would hear some of the other neighbors similar to what you’d experience at a hotel but the type of crowd that stayed there we’re all mature adults and laid-back so it was never obnoxious or annoying. I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

We stayed for two nights to celebrate my husband’s birthday and had a wonderful experience! The property was spotless, quiet, and conveniently located near everything we needed. They gave us great recommendations for local spots. We’ll definitely be back!
