Sunny Side Cottages

We greatly enjoyed our brief stay in the Fireside room at the Sunny Side Cottages. We were in town for a concert in Tampa and decided to book here to enjoy the area with super convenient access to the nearby beaches. The property is well kept and in a great location in Dunedin, within walking distance to a bunch of options to grab a meal or hang out and have a drink. The room itself was perfectly clean and comfortable, with everything matching the photos and description in the listing. Antonia sent over all of the check-in information ahead of time and was quick to respond to any messages.

The Location was great, short walk to downtown Dunedin. There was some construction outside but didn't affect getting in or out of the property and sound wasn't an issue. 10/10 would stay again next time I'm in Dunedin.
