My husband and I did a short getaway and stayed in this space. It was within walking distance of local restaurants and bars and a quick drive to Honeymoon Island State Park. We 100% recommend this area/place!

The location was perfect. We wanted to stay near the downtown area. This was a short walk to the area and it wasn’t noisy.

Very cute cottages. Clean and very close to downtown. Very walkable to lots of restaurants and shops. Nice and quiet. We really enjoyed our time. Host was fantastic and communicated with us, every step of the way.

This is a cool little spot just off the Main drag in Dunedin. The pool and rooms were simple and clean. The shared space was nicely decorated and pool cabanas were comfortable. Bed was comfortable and the cottages have small dormer fridge and 1/2 kitchens.
Antonia is communicative and grounds were very pleasant & clean.

Antonia’s little cottage was perfect for our stay in Dunedin. The best part for us is being able to walk to the downtown area for coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening!

Great location with amenities. Located just a short walk to all the fun downtown Dunedin has to offer. The complementary beach towels and coffee/snack bar were awesome features. We enjoyed lounging in the comfortable furniture pool side as well.

This little cottage was perfect for my needs and so cute. It’s in a great location, walking distance to many shops and restaurants and a short drive from many attractions. Antonia was a great host, super responsive, warm and friendly, and has lots of great recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again.

Loved our stay at Sunny Side Cottages! Super quick walk to town for restaurants, breweries, and accessing the Pinellas Biketrail. The cottage was clean, quiet, and beds were super comfortable. Fridge, microwave and coffeemaker made breakfast and lunch prep a breeze. Would love to return!!!

We enjoyed our stay and found the location to be a great one. Close to the trail and walkable to downtown. Easy drive to Honeymoon Island and Clearwater beach. We would stay again!

Very nice place to stay and a short walk to Downtown Dunedin/Main Street. Quiet and clean place plus easy to get into. It was too cold for the pool, but it was a nice outside, and we appreciated the delicious coffee area outside of the rooms. Highly recommend.
